Our Story
Pamtek Metal was founded in Istanbul in 2012. From the first day our focus has been to let companies that build their own products source their sheet metal parts from a single supplier, from drawing to assembled product.
Our plant is located in the Beylikdüzü Organised Industrial Zone, Mermerciler Industrial Estate. Laser and punch cutting, seven CNC press brakes, welding stations, press and levelling equipment and an electrostatic powder coating line with 150,000 m² annual capacity operate in the same plant.
In contract and OEM manufacturing, the customer's drawing is our work order. The process starts with design and manufacturability support and is completed with cutting, bending, welding, coating, assembly, quality control, packaging and dispatch. Dimensional responsibility stays in one place at every step.

How We Work

Design and DFM
Your drawing is reviewed for manufacturability, tolerances and cost; a prototype is built if needed.

Production
Laser/punch cutting, press brake bending, welding and powder coating run in the same plant under one work order.

Assembly
Parts and purchased components are assembled into sub-assemblies or complete products.

Quality control
Incoming, in-process and final inspection; dimensional report on request.

Packaging
Protective packaging and palletising suited to the part and transport mode.

Dispatch
Domestic and export shipping; delivery date stated in the quotation.
